Cancellation Policy

If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours or if you no show/no call you may be charge a cancellation fee of $50.

Late/Tardy Policy

I will accommodate you if you're running late. It happens, I understand! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day by delaying clients who come in on time. For this reason, I will allow a 15 minute grace period. After that time, I will call to check in on you and may cancel your appointment. 

Service and Product Refund Policy

While I make every effort to make my clients as happy as possible, all services are final. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/services for an  individual services or packages. There is no refund on any skincare products. However,  you may exchange slightly used products.

All packages have a one-year expiration from the date of purchase. Any unused appointments remaining after one year will expire and are non-refundable.

  • I will reschedule your appointment if I'm not feeling well.
  • Frequently wash my hands.
  • The office will be kept as sanitary as possible, using hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Before and after each client, the spa, chairs, station and products will be disinfected.
  • Appointment will be staggered to facilitate proper disinfecting.
  • Gloves will be worn throughout the whole facial.

  • Reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms.
  • Reschedule if your Covid test is pending.
  • If there is a chance you had been exposed to Covid and have not been tested please reschedule.
