If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours or if you no show/no call you may be charge a cancellation fee of $50.
I will accommodate you if you're running late. It happens, I understand! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day by delaying clients who come in on time. For this reason, I will allow a 15 minute grace period. After that time, I will call to check in on you and may cancel your appointment.
While I make every effort to make my clients as happy as possible, all services are final. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/services for an individual services or packages. There is no refund on any skincare products. However, you may exchange slightly used products.
All packages have a one-year expiration from the date of purchase. Any unused appointments remaining after one year will expire and are non-refundable.
