Cancellation Policy

If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours or if you no show/no call you may be charge a cancellation fee of $50.

Late/Tardy Policy

I will accommodate you if you're running late. It happens, I understand! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day by delaying clients who come in on time. For this reason, I will allow a 15 minute grace period. After that time, I will call to check in on you and may cancel your appointment. 

Service and Product Refund Policy

While I make every effort to make my clients as happy as possible, all services are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments for individual services or packages. 

There is no refund on any skincare products. You may exchange slightly used products.

Sanitation Policies

  • I will reschedule your appointment if I'm not feeling well.
  • Frequently wash my hands.
  • The office will be kept as sanitary as possible, using hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Before and after each client, the spa, chairs, station and products will be disinfected.
  • Appointment will be staggered to facilitate proper disinfecting.
  • Gloves will be worn throughout the whole facial.

  • Reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms.
  • Reschedule if your Covid test is pending.
  • If there is a chance you had been exposed to Covid and have not been tested please reschedule.
